Pants fit true to size chart. Love the strength of the rip stop material,they really stand up to the abuse I have put them through so far!! No complaints!! Two thumbs up

I wear a size 38 in different types of pants and shorts from 5.11 and they all fit a bit loose as i like them to. This type of pants size is formatted differently, the size guide says Large covers sizes 36-38. The pants is extremely tight in the thigh/pelvic and waist area to the point where it doesn't allow me to button up the pant. Extremely disappointed as I just purchased 4 of the same pants, different colors and took the tags off before I tried them on. Other than that they seem well made.

Tactical pants

Not the same quality as before. Lower treat count, thinner material than older tactical pants. nI have a 5 yr. Pair that are still as thick as the new pair. nI'll keep the new pairs, because I need replacements asap. I will look elsewhere in the future.

Ruined a good thing

Been wearing this 5.11 TDU for 6 years. They used to fit great but now the same size I had been getting is baggy in the waist and tight on the legs and Thighs. Do not get if you've ever entered a gym unless you like the tactical hipster look.

Love them but see why some don't. I found the sizing and fit quite good. Pockets, pockets, pockets. If you need places to put things (especially if you are a professional), these are it. Material has a little give, nice. Dark colors show dust and dirt. It would be interesting to see how others kit out their pant.

Good quality ig but don't buy this. The knee pad hem is too low so it will rub your knee and cause a hotspot only wore once and never again wish i could've returned but i stained my pants with bar oil so oh well

The fit and feel is amazing and the ripstop fabric and gusseting feel tough as nails. I love the blousing straps for a tapered look, pockets are voluminous and well organized without being bulky. Will be grabbing a pair in more colors.

Blousing straps are not easily removed

The item description says that the leg openings have removable blousing straps, which is inaccurate. The only ways to removed the blousing straps is to unstitch the hems and remove the straps, or simply cut the straps.

My husband loves these pants for work. He usually gets the tan color but this time he ordered some blackones and they are nice same material but not really black they are more navy blue than black. But other than that these are his go to work pants.

So the pants are comfortable easy to work in and clean pretty easy they would be a 5 star worthy but the inner seam and crotch area rips really easy out of 5 pairs I only got two left they lasted about 6 months hopefully soon 5.11 find a way to make this area stronger so the pants could be a 5 star

I have tried a variety of tactical pants but 5.11 is above all. I initially tried a few purchases a couple of years ago which inspired me to come in this time with the bulk purchase. I have already introduced 5.11 to my family and friends. I love the designs, colors, quality and its durability. 5.11, you are dependable in Tactical Pants and other wears. 5.11; my dependability. I have 5 Star :star2: Rate based on usage. Great and Impeccable Products.

Having only even numbers for waist and inseam, I needed to have alterations done to fit a 33" waist and 29' inseam. Other than that, they are great

I bought several different series of the 511 pants at the bx and these are my favorite. I run a disaster relief non profit and these are a must they dont rip ,repel water , or ride to tight climbing over debris.

I wear these for work and have used a variety of cargo style tactical pants. Uniform policy limit our options. nnTo be clear, I like these pants. The material, flexible waist band, pocket availability. nnIm on the shorter side, 57, and I use the cargo pockets for work related items. Problem is the cargo pockets sit low and on the outside of my knees rather than my thigh. This is an issue when a lot of walking or running is involved. Really annoying actually. nnBecause they arent cheap, Ill suck it up and deal with it. But itll be difficult to buy more unless adjustments are made.
