Ive regularly purchased from 5. 11 for many years now and have always been very impressed with their product quality and reliable service. However over the last few months Ive experienced multiple issues with orders being canceled due to out of stock items showing in-stock on the site and even received a damaged item that had obviously been returned then resent to me. This was one of the canceled orders. Cannot review the item since it was never received. If these company issues are not resolved Ill be forced to discontinue ordering from 5. 11.

Worn these for over ten years and are my every day shirt. Also my travel shirt as wallet and passport fit nicely in the side pockets. Reminds me of the quality and durability of BDUs we wore in the 80s and 90s. The examples I bought over 10 years have yet to wear out and are extremely comfortable.

The medium shirts sleeves were extremely too long but the torso fit well. The smallest sleeves were better but still a bit long while the torso was too tight.

Normally I seek out functional apparel. This shirt has function plus more. True to fit. Some shirts I wear size large. Other shirts I wear XL. I bought this Taclite Pro size XL and this fits me well. This took 2 weeks to ship to me. I'm not in a rush. I'm satisfied!

Fits great, looks great. I use it for my job. Feels comfortable and it doesn't make me feel as hot as other materials do. The fabric is strong and it's made really well, overall great quality work.

Ideal warm weather utility shirt with the right amount of pockets. It is the only 511 shirt with a cape back vent. Good quality/ weight fabric. Medium size is a good fit for my 41 chest size / 5-10 height 170 lbs build. Sleeves are a bit baggy but allow free range of movement. *My only gripe is that it isn't carried in 511 retail stores and are pricey when not on sale.

I have 10 of these shirts and I wear one every day. They are comfortable, easy to wash and dry, fit perfectly, and are practically indestructible (I haven't worn one out yet in 12 years. You get what you pay for.

My first one has finally, after about 12 years+ started to get a little worn around the collar.nIt's still just fine but it's nice to have one to rotate with when I travel. This shirt is perfect for when I often fly and need the right sized and well-placed pockets for passport, boarding pass, money clip, notebook and earplugs...among other things.nIt's comfortable in most any weather, dries fast after washing and after all this time has never taken a stain permanently.nYeah, they cost a bit but if you can get over a decade's worth of very regular wear from a shirt then it pays for itself quite a few times over.nIt's not just a shirt for me but a piece of gear - so there you go.

You had the large tall size! Great! (If only you had it in black.)nnI have worn this very model of shirt daily for the last ten years or so. They are easy to care for, very durable, very comfortable and have the best pockets of any shirt out there. The velcro(sorry, hook-and-loop) closures on the pockets are indispensable, as are the large pockets (not sure what you call those) behind the usual two pockets.nnOne of the things that amazes me about the black-colored version of this shirt is that I never worry about getting them dirty (even changing oil on my vehicles in them), yet they still look good enough to wear in church!nnI wore the cotton version of this shirt for many years prior to this one, but my wife disliked all the ironing. These are just as comfortable as the cotton version and no more ironing!

I have owned these shirts for 3 years. this was my first purchase directly from 5.11.nThese shirts fit well and allow for free movement. They have held up extremely wellnwith no color fade or seam failure. Even though there price point seems high you are purchasing a quality product. If you purchase a $ 30.00 shirt and have to replace it everynyear after 3 years you spent more. I'll keep buying as long as the quality does no waver.

I've used 5.11 pants, shirts and backpacks for years now. I believe I bought my first TacLite pants over 10 years ago and they've seen a lot of use. Only a few stitches from the crotch area have broken from about an inch length, otherwise still in perfect shape. Not one TacLite shirt ever has broken in use. The water repellent treatment wore off long time ago, however it has not been a problem as the shirts still work like new. I highly appreciate products that last long and one can rely on. Way worth their price any day.

They fit (unlike the pants I received) and the front flap pockets are a bit larger so my cell phone fits (very happy about that). If these last as long as my last set I will be glad to give it five stars - we shall see. It would be nice to have a little pocket for collar stays to keep the collar points down and looking sharp. I'm not against ironing but I would rather not do it.

These are my EDW's (everyday wear) shirts (short sleeve ones also).nEverything fits: phone in outside pocket, rite in rain notepad and pen in inside pocket.nGreat when flying: tickets, etc in inside left pocket, passport and other items in inside right pocket.nAnd wifey matches the shirts & pants on the row of hangars in the closet.

love the light weight fabric and pocket design of these shirts, only complaint, wish they were available in additional colors, have the safety orange version, now for some red, and brighter blue and maybe a lime green, as my girls complain that all my shirts are dark

Really like the weight and design of these shirts. Plus they last a good while. Usually spray them down with permethrin right out of the bag to keep the bugs away for a few washes. Only thing that sucks about these shirts is they are NOT made in the USA.

I am an electrician and this is what I where every day for work. They are light weight and dry up fast after sweating and I don't chaff when wet. I own several of these shirts. Plenty of pockets space. The 2 front pockets and the 2- 10"X8" front pockes.

ASOLUTELY love the Taclite Pro Long Sleeve shirts, large fit is true to size for my 6 190lb frame. I use my collection of (6) of these shirts for everything from casual dress to hiking, camping etc. The Poly/Cotton is comfortable, dries fast in our hot & humid South Florida and I just wash wash & hang dry for a wrinkle free finish. Wish they hadnt discontinued the white.

the shirt seems to be very durable and well made. I ordered an XL, which is what I wear in most other shirts, including another 5.11 shirt, but the XL for this particular shirt was just a little too large for me. The neck and shoulders/chest fit perfectly, but the sleeves were a little too long and blousy, and the torso/waste was too blousy. Returning for a L.

I travel internationally and I always wear this shirt. The velcro closure holster pockets are the perfect place to keep your passport and other documents and your cash and credit cards. It's a comfortable shirt to wear on those long flights, and it looks good and wears well. The ability to roll the sleeves up and secure them is a big plus, you don't really need to carry a jacket unless you're going someplace cold. I wear a medium and I haven't had any sizing issues, but I tried mine on in the store when I bought it. I'm going to pick up a few more of these, one isn't really enough.

5.11 has a truly bizarre sizing chart, so much so that it needs revised. A medium is listed as a chest size 38-40. I'm a solid 42 in a suit, and the medium was absolutely gigantic on me. It was at least three sizes too big, and would have fit someone who wears a 46 suit jacket with a 42 inch waist. The fit was like a garbage bag - massive waist and huge arms. This was not an a fluke either because other websites show similar reviews about sizing issues. 5.11 needs to adjust their sizing chart, or include measurements with the chart in order to cut down on returns. The shirt itself was constructed well and seemed comfortable, but they need to rethink their sizing.

These shirts are the longest wearing, most durable that I own. They retain their color even after years of hard duty. Exceptionally lightweight, and wrinkle resistant , a real plus for someone who travels by motorcycle and packs light.
