The products I received were good quality. The delivery took over 2 weeks (Istill have not received all that I ordered). The 1 item that was returned was smooth. Got WAY TOO MANY emails. I only need email when the order is received and an email when it has been delivered.

I love these shirts and have the white and black ones, but the navy blue ARE NOT blue. Unless you are under a bright white light, the navy blue shirts look black. Even asked several people for their opinions, and everyone said the navy blue shirt was black. Picture below with the shirts side by side

$45 for 3 basic t shirts and the collar stretches after washing once. 17 neck, medium shirt, and the collar is poor. The original utili-t shirt held up but these new versions are not good

These shirts are my favorite to use. Im a 2XL usually. Previously I had 2XL and shrunk from the length. So I bought 3XL, fit is great but now the length is long and after many washes there is no shrinking lol I guess I have an odd shape body lol

Recently purchased the Utili-T crew 3 pack in dark navy (2XL) at the Lubbock, TX store for almost $50. I washed the shirts prior to wearing for duty, just to find that the left sleeve of at least one shirt is sewn incorrectly; which makes the left sleeve diameter smaller than the right sleeve diameter and has a wrinkled/overlapping appearance. Not a huge problem, but noticeably uncomfortable.

I have had these about a month now. They are very comfortable. Only problem is that the collars start to roll by the afternoon. For this price that is disappointing.

Over the shirts are pretty good. I have noticed a bit of neck stretching by the end of the day and some shrinkage from the wash. These are a better quality than a Walmart brand.

Wear these in white under my military service uniform and they're super comfortable, have a good amount of length to tuck in, and the collar has stood up over time. It's a bit hard to justify paying double over what Soffe charges, but the longevity of these is why I stick with them. Now if 5.11 would add a coyote brown for military working uniforms, that would be great!

These shirts are the best undershirts I've ever had. I've been wearing them for years, on and off Duty. They are comfortable and very well made. They do shrink in length after a few washes, but with the extra long option, they still wear well throughout their lifespan of almost two to three years.

I've worn 5.11 T shirts for many years. And, as many of your customers do, I wear them under my body armor. Over the last few years I've encountered failures in stitching and fabric under the arms due, presumably, from the constriction of the body armor. up until my last two orders they never used to fail in this manner. I just placed two more orders. If these continue to fail in this way it will be my last order.

I normally wear a XL T-shirt. After washing and drying they shrunk considerably. I placed a second order for XXL, which felt too big at first. After washing and drying they shrink and fit me great. The neck holds its shape and looks good Im uniform. The best shirt Ive found, if you order a size up.

These are the only t-shirts my husband will wear. They fit well, hold up to repeated use, and wash well. My husband is 66 and theyre long enough to stay tucked. Theyre a bit pricier than Id like, but the hubby says its worth it.

these are easily the best quality, and best fitting under shirts I have ever bought! they are a heavy cotton shirt that feels very durable and they are designed to be an inch or two longer than a regular t- shirt so that they stay tucked in all day, even in a physically demanding environment. Long time purchaser of these shirts for my uniform. Last few years your quality has dropped. The shirt collars droop and sag after a few washes. Makes for a very unprofessional and unkept look. This didnt happen with the older t-shirts and they lasted several years. Price has gone up and quality down. Ill be looking for an alternative uniform t-shirt

I bought these to be an undershirt beneath my uniform and ballistic vest. This shirt is extremely comfortable and the collar stays flat, keeping close to the base of your neck instead of sagging down. I began using this shirt outside of work as well as a standalone shirt. This shirt has held up longer than generic brand undershirts, however also tends to leave me feeling hot in the torso by the end of the day, absorbing a lot of sweat. This shirt is not my favorite undershirt, but it's still pretty great if you aren't working in regular heat advisories.

I love these shirts as my day-to-day. I had 2 sets and have worn them for over a year. It is starting to fade a tad bit but is still in great condition. I love how it's long and it covers my waist line when crouching or bending. The shirt is definitely made of heavy-duty material and is very durable. These shirts are the perfect length to stay tucked in as an under shirt. The sleeve length is also spot on to not stick out under about any short sleeve shirt. The comfort is great, the selection of colors is good. I look forward to using these as my only under shirts going forward. Only annoyance is the huge tags on the bottom left seam of the shirt, but I dont notice them once dressed.

The size medium shirt fits well throughout the neck chest and arms, however, the extended length design makes the shirt about 6 inches too long. The shirts require alteration to make them wearable, basically doubling the cost.

Like many we've probably all gotten the discount undershirts over the years - which at least in my case led to worn out collars, holes etc. after a month or less.nnHappy to say with these as both an undershirt almost daily and just a regular shirt - these have held up for months now. I wear these daily. They are rugged and very comfortable to wear. They do shrink over time however but I do get over a year's worth of wear out of them before they shrink enough to need replacement. Also, because of my very scratchy beard (I shave daily, but it grows fast) the collar usually frays on me in about the same time as the shrinkage becoming an issue. They are rugged enough for me to continue to wear them however - can't wear any of the store bought brands, they don't last hardly at all in comparison.

He had old blue ones that lasted over 15 years. Hopefully these will hold up just as well. Only drawback is the annoying tag you have to rip off. They aren't too tight and a bit loose around the bottom. Good for concealed carry but not too loose they can't be tucked in.

Best working t-shirt there is for the price. I wore them as an undershirt as a security contractor and they lasted for years. The nice thing is you can buy them several years later and still get the same cut/fit. These t-shirts are soft and feel great! I ordered a size up to be safe, based on previous reviews. I have a 48" chest, which is right at the max threshold for an XL, so I ordered an XXL. It's loose on me, but I don't mind it, as it is an under garment. I haven't noticed any shrinking and don't know why these have received some bad press. It would be great if these came in olive drab!

When first purchased they didn't prove to be any different from any other cotton tshirt with the exception of the length. After the first wash they shrunk and became unwearable, ended up feeling extremely uncomfortable and threw out all 3, I expect more out of 5.11 products.

Ordered a pack of these undershirts and when they arrived I was excited to have a longer undershirts. Ordered large, washed them and they now fit like a small or medium. No longer long enough to tuck in. Disappointed in how much these shirts shrunk. Get 1-2 sizes bigger. No returns or exchanges on washed items.

I have been buying these shirts for years to wear under my uniform, this last batch was really bad and wore out after a few washing's. The collar does not stay flat and wrinkles. I have contacted customer service by email and have not hear back yet.

A few years ago my department required officers to start wearing Utili-T shirts under their uniform on duty. The first set of t-shirts were excellent in quality and appearance. Recently, I purchased two new sets of T-shirts. I wore the shirts one time and washed them. I was surprised to find that the t-shirts shrunk and the elastic around the neck will not lay flat. Very unprofessional look. Very disappointed 5.11....

Both these t-shirts today. Was looking for new undergarments to replace old t-shirts well worn. Bought two colors, white and Tan. Normally, I have always, always worn my t-shirts as an undergarment. Never worn a t-shirt alone. A lot of people do, but never me. Well things can change. I found this t-shirt so comfortable, and so non-undergarment like, that I wore it alone without my usual Polo shirts on top. Found it very comfortable, non-hitchy, and very fashionable. And perhaps that's the best testimony I can give it.

I order some from this site and upon delivery I could tell they were made different. I never wore them. I decided to order from another site and luckily they were as great as the first ones I bought locally. Its a gamble per batch I guess...

I bought a package a few years ago and they were great. Eventually they wore out. I got onto a volunteer fire department and bought a another 3 pack. After the first wash, I noticed that the sleeves shrank so much that i could not wear them under my uniform shirt anymore. I can't even wear them around the house because they irritate my underarms so much.

Right off the bat, i'm unimpressed with these shirts. Beside the fact the bottom edge of the shirt is rolled and fraying after just two washes, they are advertised as extra long, and they're no longer than "other" shirts I have. They are light and soft, but for a few dollars more, you can get something that is going to last.

I use this shirt to wear under my vest. I purchased two packs (6 shirts) a little over a year ago. These shirts were awesome, comfortable and beat out anything any other brand could offer. Well these eventually wore out and I needed new ones. Picked up a new pack, noticed they were made in Honduras and these shirts were so different then my previous ones. Bottom line they sucked, different fit, different feel, sloppy neck and the length wasn't the same. Now the hunt is on to find another under shirt. 5.11 you had a gem and now i've been let down. I guess now a days consistency is to much to ask for.

Overall great product, I tried it on right out of the package and it fit great, but after the first wash and dry (on low heat) it shrank in length and now comes untucked under my polo shirt. Not a huge deal since it's an under shirt, but will reorder a size larger. Otherwise very comfortable and I enjoy wearing it.

I am new to being a corrections officer and my advisor who is part of the Special Operations Group turned my on to 5.11 gear for work reasons. The first things he told me to get were these shirts and I love them to death. They are a perfect fit for me, and keep me cool while working in the Booking facility. The best thing about this shirt is how the collar keeps its form while being used for long days and many washes.

Long time professional user and have never had a problem, until these T's. Great first wear, FIRST wash the seams in both armpits came undone. They were free with a large purchase from distributor, so not much to really complain about. Just disappointed in the extreme lack of quality for an other wise great experinece.

This is a nice shirt, its very comfortable to wear and fits great. My only concern is the neck holding up. This is the fifth brand of shirts I have bought in the past 6 months because every other brand I have bought the neck gives and/or begins to fray. These shirts are doing good so far and if they continue to up I plan to buy a lot more in the future.

Don't get me wrong, I own other 5.11 shirts, pants, and boots and love them. These shirts are good quality and I wear them everyday under my vest. But after 2 or 3 washes the collar lost all its form and I have to constantly readjust the collar throughout the day so it does not "bacon neck". After 2 1/2 months of continuous use, the shirts are starting to retain moisture and smell. They're great for everyday wear but not for ballistic vest use.

this t shirt would be absolutely perfect if they could just improve on the collar. perhaps some spandex/or other material with give would allow the collar to remain tight around the neck and not look like i have been in the t shirt for hours. i wear t's under shirts and the collar appearence is critical. the cotton and the length are a really big plus..however until the collar is improved i am not buying any more. don't get me wrong..this is a very common problem with almost all tshirts..if you can get this right you will own the marketplace.

I ordered these thinking that as always, they will shrink and not fit properly. So, I ordered them a size larger. When they arrived, I wore one straight out of the package and they were too loose in the neck. So, taking evasive action, I washed them in hot water hoping that they would shrink up and fit properly. Nope, they still produced "bacon neck". I have resorted to going back to the store and purchasing some which fit properly. I am very unhappy with this product.

After getting some quality years out of my 5.11 tshirts, I was ready to start fresh and get some new ones. Sadly I purchased some Hanes tshirts and after ONE WASH, they shrunk up and became basically unwearable. I told myself then, spend the money and get the 5.11 tshirts again. These are absolutely the best tshirts I have ever owned and I will never buy another brand again. These hold their size and feel great, wash after wash after wash. I can't say enough good things about these tshirts, under a golf shirt for work or under a uniform. Simply the best.

I bought these shirts 2 or 3 years ago. At the time I was working 4/10's so 1 3 pack in addition to the other undershirts I had was sufficient. At that time, this was the best undershirt for under body armor that I had ever worn. The material was thick but it didn't cause you to overheat. It actually helped insulate me from my armor. They didn't get sweaty and cling to me like under armor shirts do. They didn't itch, but had a nice soft cottony fee. I couldn't have asked for a best undershirt for body armor. I recently changed duty stations and went back to 5/8's so I needed some more undershirts. I bought another 3 pack of these. 5.11 has cheapened the quality of these shirts SIGNIFICANTLY since my first pack. The material is now pretty thin compared to the earlier versions. The worst part is they ITCH when worn under armor. I've been wearing the new shirts for probably a month. I figured after they had been washed a few times, the itch would go away. No such luck. Wearing them around the house without body armor isn't to bad, but as soon as the vest goes on the itch really starts. These were a GREAT bargain 3 years ago. Don't waste your money now if you plan on using them under body armor. I'd pay twice the price for the 3 pack if they would go back to the old way of making them. I have purchased about 15 of these shirts in black and in white, and for the most part, I love them. Having said that, one side of the double stitched seam always seems to come undone around the arms, so you always have a thread hanging off your armpit. The fit and feel has been great, and I have never had any seams separate, so I just cut those off and live with it. Recently though, either I have shrunk or the new Utili-T's are getting bigger, because they do not lay flat under my uniform (they are not a snug fit) like the old ones. They don't ride up, or come untucked, but the extra fabric "gathers" around the middle, making your uniform look untidy if you are not careful. In addition, the sleeves are loose, so if you wear them alone they flag off the back of the arm. It is obvious some changes have been made recently as the last 6 I bought also do not have a 5.11 logo on the left arm like the older ones. Might just be in the size small, but I would try one in a store before determining the right size on these, they seem to run a little big these days.

As an outdoors man and motorcycle rider the tee shirt is great with or without outer shirt. Good foundation for layering. Sleeves are a good length and the shirt tail is long. The only improvement that I could recommend is to add a pocket.

This WOULD be a great shirt if it didn't shrink so bad after the first wash. I understand that cotton shrinks, but in this case it is EXCESSIVE!! I have tried this shirt many times and each time its the same result. 3 inches of shrinkage after the first wash. 3 INCHES!!! The "extra long" attribute is completely ruined after the first wash. They go from nice and long to bare midriff. Customer service says "well cotton shrinks". Sure, understandable, but not this bad. My shirts are now too short to wear but 5.11 wants ME to pay for shipping for a return. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

These are great if you are looking for long lasting cotton Tees. I thought the price was on the high end of the range for T-shirts, but they last easily twice as long as other brands.When they are still pretty new, they are acceptable as a casual outer shirt.

The collar is right at the neck line and can often make me feel somewhat choked, but overall I love the quality of this shirt. Fits well. You get exactly what the product description states except for the fact that the label is not printed on the black shirts..not sure if it's just the white ones that come with it. First I'll say that these shirts are just a plain 3-pack of t-shirts so I don't hold them to that high of a standard. I'm happy with them, especially the length which allows you to tuck them in if you are wearing a nice shirt or hiking. The neck is also nice, these shirts hug your neck so you don't get the "bacon neck" as described in those cheesey hanes commercials. One thing that I don't like is after you wash them the sleeve shrinks so the medium has a sleeve length of less than 2", also the sleeve is a little wide. I'm not that skinny but not ripped either (6' @ 190lbs)and the sleeve is big for me.

Great Shirts! Length is awesome, super soft and comfortable as well. They are slightly longer than my 511 Professional Polo's that I wear them under for work. This is good because they stay tucked in better for my 12 hour shifts. I usually wear an XL but these shirts run big so I bought L.This also ensures that they won't be baggy and loose under. These shirts have great looking proffesional appeal.they also dissipate sweat and moisture evenly. I never thought an under shirt mattered so much until I tried these.From other reviews I've read they say the shirts shrink after the first wash. Well they are pre-shrunk cotton they still could shrink a little but won't if you wash them right. My family has owned a laundromat since 1909 and no matter what shirt you wash in hot water and dry too long will shrink. My advice is to wash them in cold water and dry them for a short period of time in the dryer, then let them air dry. This also prevents fading. Great shirt.

I have been wearing 5.11 T-shirts on duty since 2008. I used to proudly tell everyone that they made the BEST duty T. I took six of these to Afghanistan in 2009 and wore them over two years. Then I treated myself to six new ones a couple months ago. 5.11 - What happened? Your awesome collar now stretches out when you pull it over your head! The hem stitching came unravelled in three of them after the first wash! VERY disappointed! And no longer worth [$] each...sorry!

As a base layer or alone, I am quite pleased with these t-shirts.I've purchased these before and I liked the quality and general fit enough to buy again. The fabric breathes and wicks sweat almost as well as a synthetic.The only improvement I would ask is for the t-shirts be shortened by 3 inches; however, it doesn't cost me all that much to have them altered locally.

I love the fact that the neck line on this shirt is able to hold its shape and doesn't stretch out to a horrible mess. The down side is the sleeves are way too short/wide. I was out in the field and on the range and noticed that they keep rolling up under my uniform. I don't have 40 inch python arms, so maybe thats the problem. Add 3/4 to 1 inch to the sleeve and it will be perfect.

Bleach would probably fix that though.I really like the length. It seems hard to find T-shirts that stay long even after washing. These ones start out long enough that they stay long.

These shirts fit great before I washed them. Be prepared to buy at least 1 or 2 sizes larger as they will get smaller each time you wash them. Unfortunately, they don't sell them larger than 3X. The only reason I continue to buy them is the sleeves are shorter than the norm and don't stick out under my uniform short sleeves.

I have all sorts of t-shirt that I wear on duty. Some are performance, wicking materials. Some have pictures of guns or the name of a company on them. Sometimes however, I just want a simple, cotton t-shirt to wear under my vest and uniform.The Utili-T's are a very good shirt and a great bargain. They come in a pack of 3 and feature an athletic, but loose, non-restrictive fit. The collar has a nice band to reduce stretching. The sleeves are a little short, so they won't stick out from under your duty shirt and the tails are cut long, to help stay tucked in.The cotton is very soft and also does a good job for a cotton shirt, wicking sweat.

I purchased two packages of these shirts. First I purchased one package to try them out. I was very pleased. A few weeks later I purchased the second. Since we are required to wear dark navy t shirts with our summer uniforms they worked perfectly. My only problem is that after a year of wear, I noticed some fading along the seams. I followed the washing instructions since my initial purchase. All in all, this was a good purchase and I will be picking up another set. Great product for the price.

A three pack of shirts that hold their color after numerous washes! Usually black tees wear out and fade after this long. The neck has held it's shape well. They are a bit heavy but they keep you warm. The double stitching serves it well, although some single strands have come loose but still have held up.

The material is good, and the neck stays snug and doesn't get loose, BUT, the description says "extra long"...WRONG!!Unless you're well under 6' tall, these Tees are not any longer than anything you buy at the store. At first thought $20 might be a little high for three t-shirts but had to have them for my department. As soon as I opened the package I realized these were not just "t-shirts." I have been wearing 511 Utili-T Crews since they were introduced. They are very comfortable and hold their color well after multiple washing and drying cycles (over 1 year.) Collar holds up well - and doesn't fold over half way through the shift like cheaper shirts.My only disappointment is that the surge stitch on both sleeves tends to pull out after the first or second wash. This does not affect the shirt much - the sleeve hem doesn't come out, but it is a bit annoying cutting off the excess thread.I just bought some new shirts - so I will write a future review to see if 511 fixed the problem.Overall it is a good shirt.

Just like my title says....better than Hanes. The first package that I purchased faded quite a bit when I first got them. I washed my second package of shirts with detergent for darks and that seemed to help. They are soft and the material hold up under daily stweat, heat and movement.

When ordering a set of t-shirts, I assumed the sizing would be typical, so I ordered a Small. Once they arrived and I took them out of the package I realized these weren't your average standard undershirt. Everything from the extra thickness of the material to the stitching reflected a much more sturdy t-shirt that looks and feels better after several washings.About the sizing, however, they are quite sturdy and snug. They aren't as forgiving as a freshly washed and dried undershirt though. Therefore, I'd recommend a larger size, unless you get accustomed to the form fit like I have of these great and sturdy Utili-T's!

I am extremely satisfied with these Utili-T shirts for wear under my uniform and vest. They are form fitting, but not too tight and absorb moisture very well. They keep the collar line looking professional and have lasted well while being worn every week. They also work extremely well under my tactical equipment in the hot summer months. Just a t-shirt, but a necessity for comfort on this job
