Poor manufacturing

Doug S.,

Ordered a wide fit and the area where the material is stitched together makes for a narrow sopt on the side of the foot.

My go to work boots

Danny H.,

Perfect fit. These boots didn't take long to break in at all. Very comfortable. These 5. 11 brand boots are my 4th or 5th boot that I use for work. Very durable and long lasting work boot.

Cheap made

Sergio T.,

No good, soles are comming off, got them for x-mas 2024 and is now only 09-06-25 and the soles are comming apart, I took them to my local store to see if under warranty, guy said no cause they dind't carry thi model anymore, I believe he is lieying or perhaps I'm looking at the wrong model on their webpage,,,being this the case, I will no longer be buying their product, and will tell rest of crew at the station the crappy boots this are, will buy cheaper brand for half price, at the end they last just as long.

This is my third pair of ATACs,and my second pair of 2.0s. I still have a few miles left on my current pair; I grabbed this pair while the price was right. They are comfortable and have good grip on multiple surfaces. They will also take a decent shine.

I have tried 5 different brands and these are comfortable right out of the box. No question which boots were staying and which were returns.

The best pair of boots I have EVER worn.

Mike S.,

So this is review about 5 years of wearing these boots daily, 6 days a week, 12 hrs a day. I have just about worn them out tbh, but they are still comfortable as the day I got them. I LOVE the side zip! If you need a awesome pair of boots for work or play these are the ones! I also have a pair of 8" that I swap to when I get home from work. The soles on my 6" are just about slick at this point and I will be getting another pair asap! Thanks!

Great boot, great value.

Chris S.,

Sturdy boot that is comfortable enough to wear for 12+ hour days. This is my third pair of 5.11 boots and their durability is problem for a boot that doesn't break the bank. My only concern with these, which could end up not being a problem, is that the laces don't feel like they're going to last. Based on previous 5.11 items I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and not drop them to 4-star just because the laces.

Josh P.,

Outstanding side zip boot with snug fit. I typically take a 10.5 wide but the regular width works well with my size. Sole is rugged and offers plenty of grip.

Awesome boots.

Stephen R.,

These boots are extremely comfortable. They're so light, it feels like not wearing boots at all. This is my 2nd pair and they have held up quite well. I wear them at work for 10 hours per day on concrete and my feet never hurt.

3rd pair

Terry P.,

This is my third pair of these boots. Amazing how much has changed in their build over the past few years. First pair= unbeatable. They are barely hanging in there but still getting the job done. Second pair purchased as a replacement, same size, did not fit (too small everywhere). Third pair 1/2 size larger and wide version fit, but are significantly taller than the original pair by a full inch and a half. Appears to be a solid boot, less than 20 miles on them at this point.

ATAC 2.06

Patrick J.,

Boots would be comfortable except they run narrow. I've worn an 11 regular for 20 years. But these rub the big toe, a lot. Next time I would order the Wide size. PJ

Comfortable, durable, and stylish after break in.

Vincent,

All Terrain, All Condition- I can attest to the comfort of these boots in sand, grass, rocky hikes, and city streets.nnI bought the same size that I typically buy for Adidas running shoes, and initially the fit was too tight on the ankle, as most boots are before the material breaks in. The toe box seemed a little small at first also, and I was initially worried that I bought the wrong size. After wearing the boots for over 2 weeks, however, they fit like a dream when worn with regular thickness socks- However I can't wear my thick, cushioned boot socks with these without them feeling cramped. If you like thick socks or a roomy fit, I recommend going a half size up from your running sneaker size.nnFeatures are great. I love the included insoles- I usually buy aftermarket insoles for my comfort but have decided it wasn't necessary with these.nThe outer sole is great as well- I really like the parts that grip into chain-link fence to allow easier climbing. nParacord laces are included and are better than any other paracord laces I've tried- These 5.11 laces actually stay tied!nnOverall a solid choice for footwear as an active, working individual.nWould definitely buy again in the future.

These are definiately good for everyday boots whether in the field or the office....Look fantastic!

Rick,

I actually got these when they were on sale and even if they weren't, WELL WORTH THE MONEY!...cant say enough good as far as comfort, looks and durability. I am part of the office staff in my career as a construction worker but sure wish I had these along with the price when I was in the field
