If I'm going to the outdoor range or a shooting competition, these are my go-to boots. They're convenient and provide the support I need to get the job done.

Wore these boots for my last 10 mile ruck for bct and my forge training it kept good grip on the high slope river bank and was comfortable during the ruck

I am typically not one to write a review or complain but these boots are awful I would rather wear basic issue boots and I wish I never wore them so I could return them

I waited two years to write this review so I could be as accurate with pros and cons as possible. nnI wore these boots on patrol and have a different pair I wear off duty. This is hands down the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. This is my everyday wear now. First the design of the boots is aesthetically pleasing while not being over the top in the design. I love the flexible material used in the ankle region which allows for ease of movement while also offering support. The strings are tough and have not needed replacing on either pair over the last two years. There is no fraying of the threads after heavy use. I have kicked doors, been in foot pursuits and ground melees in these boots. No damage to note and minor scuffs wipe off easily with your hand. nnMy two complaints are as follows. First the bottom of the shoe on both pairs began to tear up after one year of use. I think this could be modified in the factory and a different compound or material used. I will note that even filed down they have not lost much grip and still hold up on the wet rainy days. My second complaint is the BATTLE BROWN color darkened significantly after being exposed to rain one day. They are still functional and solid boots but no longer match my apex paints. This is a minor complaint that most wouldn't notice but its my OCD I suppose. nnI have recently ordered my third pair, also coyote and will continue to run this boot as long as they are manufactured. If your on the fence on your purchase, I would advise you to make the purchase. The black boot pairs nicely with Class A uniforms and the coyote matches nicely with the 5. 11 Apex coyote pants. I would only advise you apply a separate layer of waterproofing to preserve the color.nnFor reference I am 6 foot 220 pounds, if you are on the larger side build and have muscle or a hefty doughnut operator these boots help you fight fatigue longer.

This boot is very comfortable and a good fit. 5. 11 are the only boots I buy.

I ordered them online (no 5. 11 near me) they were comfortable right out of the box and even better a couple days of wearing them. With in 2 months the sole was peeling off the boot. I was in a city with a 5. 11, Went and did a even exchange. The next pair last a little longer untill chuncks of the sole where breaking off. As soon as I was in a city with a 5. 11 I did another exchange. This next pair lasted about 3 months before the seams on the side where ripping apart. Tried to return them at a 5. 11 and because I had them over 90 day they wouldn't exchange them. 3 pairs of boots in 13 months. That isn't the quality I would expect from anything from 5. 11. What a waste of money

I bought this pair of boots and I love them. But after 6 months the soles started to get damaged. I work in a court that is not in the yard, but pieces of the sole started to come off. They are comfortable, pretty and I love them. I wish I had bought them with a zipper. Maybe mine were the only ones that gave me problems, I don't know.

These are the cleanest looking boot Ive ever owned for the military, they are just the perfect color and everything they look very professional. They also are very comfortable however fit a little bit large normally Im a 10.5/ 11 I went with 11 and I shouldve done a 10.5.
