Great fit/fabric - collar needs improvementnVery nice fabric similar to the Stryke line and the colors match the Stryke pants. Best part about the shirt is the somewhat slimmer fit, including in the arms, that makes it look more professional and not as baggy as typical TDU shirts. One star off for the unstructured collar that does not always retain its shape when laundered or being worn. It pulls up in back ("collar climb") and gets folds in the sides, especially when wearing an exterior ballistic vest. I had the uniform shop discretely sew down the rear of the collar to prevent collar climb and I do my best to keep the rest of the collar look flat and professional. Great tactical uniform shirt fabric/fit with a 4/5 collar.

Have the large long and it fit perfectly with untucking a half dozen times. Highly recommend.

5.11 clothing is the best available. The only problem is you can't replace it. It lasts so long you can only add to you collection.
