Adjustable fasteners on backside lets you customize for a snug fit on any size belt or molle (explains some other users difficulties). Works great for magpul p-mags in 5.56, with mag-plates facing up/out. I put over 500 rounds through my AR the first week I owned this and I had zero issues.

First off for the people running AKs these are AR/M4 mag pouches it say it in the nameYOUR AK MAG WILL NOT FIT IN THESE POUCHES(kind of replying to a review lol)nSecond, Despite all the negative reviews on these guys I picked up some of these almost a year ago, and Ive never had any problems with them, I run them on a plate carrier with no problems at all. I also run magpul P-mags granted they are .300blk but thats a similar enough bullet to .556 where the mags dont really make a difference. They come out of the pouch fine the only thing is that they do have a bit of trouble going back in but I havent used them enough to where theyre worn in. The only thing that I dont like about the product or most 5.11 Molle attachments is the actual molle attach point. I get theyre trying to be innovative with it but cmon 5.11 dont try and reinvent the wheelthe way molle was is good enoughalthough you can tighten it a little bit better so the pouches arent flying around on your PC while walking/running/larpinglol but other than those 2 things theyre really nice and fit the mags super snug which is nice so that if youre prone or running/walking/larping the mags dont fly out causing you to stop and pick up the mag or missing a mag or two. And peopleLET YOUR POUCHES WEAR INTO THE MAG!!! If you have to just like with ammo inside of a mag to get the spring to lighten up keep the mags in the pouches trust me it does help. Also maybe put the puches in the dryer with a mag in em to form to the mag that way its faster to wear them in, havent tried that just figured that might help. Thanks!

I purchased these to put on a belt and on a plate carrier. nnReloading is very difficult because my Magpul PMAG G3 (which are very popular and widely used) gets caught on an inside part of the pouch. Sure the pouch holds and looks cool but this product is a downgrade from the standard flex pouch mag pouch. nnI would like to return and exchange or the previous version.

Does hold AR-15 PMAGs well, however, 7.62x39 PMAGS were a no-go as they simply didn't even fit. With that being said, I attached it to my TacTec Carrier and they moved and jiggled around quite a bit, but not too much. When doing mag drills my AR-15 mags did not come out easily at all and even lifted up my carrier with it as well, keep in mind however these were brand new.
