Edgardo C.,
This is one sturdy and rugged very well designed product, it does carry a a specific water bottle and it’s titanium cup perfectly.
RaspundeBruce B.,
This is a perfectly sized pouch that i attached to my EDC bag. I love how I can carry my plastic bottles of many types and sizes and they have all fit, so far. The bag has been sturdy enough that even when I dropped my bag too hard the bottle inside has been protected. I can not even find a scuff mark to hint that the bag was of inferior quality. Highly recommend this.
RaspundeMatthew C.,
I bought 2 of these carriers to setup a cooler for work. With them I will carry my spill proof coffee cups attached to the outside of the cooler. They are just the right size for easy access fir my cups. They just fit inside perfectly. These pouches are well made, nice quality.
RaspundeMatthew W.,
Perfect. It's well-built, and it holds a standard-sized Nalgene without any problems.

Heavy nylon stitching, Velcro is HD, nice buckle, can fit 2 water bottles.
RaspundeCory A.,
Good quality but smaller than I expected. I will buy the next size up. That is my fault for not reading the description thoroughly.

Patricia G.,
It's perfect! It fits all sized water bottles from Nalgene size and down.
RaspundeDave S.,
Leaving money on the table not offering it in all your colors. Exactly what I needed for my green Rush bag, but I spent my money elsewhere. Kinda weird for a law enforcement/military centered company to not recognize the need for uniformity.

Mitchell,
Well built, attaches securely to MOLLE, perfectly fits a 32 oz nalgene. Only down side compared to other water bottle pouches is the lack of color options. I would love to see this made in ranger green so that it could match the rest of my belt setup, but aesthetics aside, a good pouch.

Patrick B.,
Love it. Gonna buy another one for the other side of my pack
RaspundeJohn A.,
Had to buy a different bottle but this carrier allows you to carry a beverage hot or cold outside the bag.
RaspundeJulian R.,
The H2O carrier is great. The source of hydration is well kept in place. It does need more colors though. I'd love to attach it to my 'Kangaroo color' 511 backpack Rush24 2.0
RaspundeSteven R.,
Too small. Wont fit most larger water bottles. Also only comes in black. The Camelbak insulated bottle carrier was a much better carrier for my Rush 24 2.0 backpack. And the multicam matched my bag perfectly.
RaspundeJustin L.,
The carry is great. Fits my yeti perfectly, the durability of the system is convenient, and the color is perfect
RaspundeChristian C.,
Sturdy and simple without adding unnecessary bulk and weight like the Maxpedition bottle holders.
RaspundeCarl W.,
Molle onto my backpack and suddenly I've got an easily accessible water bottle; much easier than working to fill up a bladder for shorter hikes. Plenty of room to slide a snack in there too!
RaspundeMonte S.,
I was a bit concerned about the size. Wasnt sure it would hold my coffee container tall 20oz. It held the container as well a bottle of water.
RaspundeDouglas P.,
In this day and age of water bladders it is difficult to find a dedicated water bottle pouch. But 511 comes thru again . This one easily fits a one liter water bottle and a medium size thermos. nThe pouch is well made attaches easily to any MOLLE systems and is robust enough to hold the bottle tight and not leave it bouncing around
RaspundeBeatriz R.,
Easy to attach and large enough to carry drinks that are standard 16oz bottles.
RaspundePatrick R.,
Fits well and collapses when empty to not take up too much space and doubles as a kind of a dump pouch. Good to have water with you
RaspundeTodd S.,
Great carrier, high quality materials, fits perfectly to my 5.11 bag.
RaspundeJesse L.,
Holds a steel water bottle no problem. Rigged it to my duty bag. It does its job. No bells and whistles here.
RaspundeShane P.,
The production is ok. As it begins to wear in it becomes a little sloppy. I think the materials are to thin. A more sturdier fabric would make this bomb proof. Other than that I like it & it serves its purpose. But I would not purchase this again.
RaspundeJOHN A.,
I do a 5K ruck everyday and just wanted something to carry some bottled water instead of something bigger. Works great and I love me some 5.11. Thank you.
RaspundeHarold S.,
These items are a must when you're using a molle system, as they allow you to add more water to your gear. They are a size bigger than most, thereby allowing you to upgrade to a larger water bottle. You can never have too much water, except when you have to "hump it" through the bush .
RaspundeJohn,
Holds the 32 oz Pathfinder Bottle and Nesting Cup Set. I would be interested in what containers others are using and which ones fit.
RaspundeAllen C.,
My 32 oz water bottle of as a perfect fit. Do wish it had been available in a color to match the Rush 2 pack but is close.
RaspundeDaniel,
It is well built, holds a 32 oz Nalgene, fastens securely, and shipped quickly. My only gripe is that it is clearly a different shade of OD than my Rush Delivery Lima bag that I attached it to. My Lima bag is "OD Trail". The H2O Carrier is "TAC OD". They are not exactly lying because they are labeled with different names for the colors. I do feel, however, that it is misleading to offer everything in 4 colors, then have the purchaser find out after buying, that there are slight differences in the names of the colors resulting in mismatching gear sets. Again, the product will function perfectly, but it will always bother me that they are different colors.
RaspundePeter,
I used this H20 Carrier in my Marine Officer training in Quantico, VA. It holds a 32oz Nalgene water bottle well. I used this pouch as a replacement for the canteen pouch that I was issued. It's lightweight, thin, strong, and holds up to a beating. The training is not easy on gear as bags get tossed, dropped, dragged, snagged, etc. There are no rips or tears. It's a little worn, but no less durable. After several weeks of combined time in the field, I highly recommend this product. And for Marines, the slick stick system will make your life much easier at TBS. That alone makes the product worth it.
RaspundeSuburban S.,
Fits perfectly on my rush 24 for easy storage of water or gatorade.
RaspundeEsther,
I wear this on my outer belt when I'm on duty (medic). Usually holds a couple pens and a penlight on the outside, and inside I'll have my BP cuff, the spare bells and diaphragms for my stethoscope, a flashlight, spare pair of gloves, and a notebook. It's fairly comfortable to carry, I could probably fit my stethoscope or radio in there too if I really wanted to. Overall, great product and relatively water resistant, I've never had equipment get wet while in there but I've also never used it exposed in the pouring rain.
RaspundeBrad,
I was impressed with the construction. What I really like is how well/snugly it holds the bottle. Very little shifting at all when moving quickly or shifting my MOAB10 pack around. I have two small issues: 1) Color choice - I selected Storm ad the color on my MOAB10 which I am really regretting now because it seems like few/none of the accessories come in that color. I should have checked before hand but my assumption was the accessory colors would match pack colors. 2) I will the holder had a bit more insulation to help keep the water cooler.
RaspundeRet E.,
This product has held my water bottle, gatorade bottle, first aid kit, radio, stethescope and BP kit, drop bag, etc! I may go back for a second one soon!
RaspundeItchyrabbit,
I just received this H2O pouch, and I love it! it fits my 0.7L bottle perfectly.Plus, this thing has "slim stick system" which helps easier to attach between in webbing.(Also removng from webbing is easy!)It's much much betterthan other company's molle pouches.
RaspundeTsocaputo,
i have this for my 5.11 backpack and i love it fits my nalgie perfectly it gives me an excuse to keep hydrated thinking about getting another one to balance out my pack
RaspundeSierra R.,
A great H2O carrier that attaches snugly to my pack and is easy to access. I really like the access to the water bottle with the clip and velcro rather than having to unzip the top like some other carriers. I use the carrier on my pack to carry water for my Belgian Shepard on our 6-10 mile hikes in the woods of northern California. The product is very well made and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
RaspundePatrick,
I'm a beginner hiker and recently purchased the Rush 12 pack and two H2O carriers. They work great with the molle and can hold my 32oz Nalgene bottles. Highy recommended!! And looks awesome!
RaspundeLazer B.,
I purchased it to go along with my mine belt for mine rescue work so I could carry my Nalgene water bottle (1L). It fits on both my mine belt, the belt for the breathing apparatus, as well as on my police belt.
RaspundeRescue G.,
I use this with a Rush 72 back pack to carry a canteen in for search and rescue. Works great.
RaspundeCurrahee,
Does precisely what it was intended to do, and does it exceedingly well! The only minor criticism that I have is that the Velcro closure, in addition to the buckle fastener, is really unnecessary and actually hinders the closing. It is also quite noisy and I would hesitate opening my pouch in a critical situation where noise might compromise my position.
RaspundeSmallz,
this product is ok. i would like better if there wasnt the velcro patch to hold the flap down. i figure the clip is more then enough. otherwise it does what its intended for, carries my nalgene water bottle
RaspundeMissy,
I have this attached to my Messenger Bag...very pratical for a quick drink and doesn't restrict movement. Yet again..i am very pleased with it.
RaspundeHacker H.,
I was really bummed that the color I received doesn't match the Rush 24 or MOAB. I specifically bought these H2O carriers to match those bags, but no luck. Also, they're too short to properly contain Polar bottles. They'll hold a 32oz Nalgene bottle, but it's tight. I'm not super happy with my purchase, and recommend that everyone research carefully before buying this item.
RaspundeRoscoe,
I ordered two for a non-molle backpack that has no external pockets for water bottles. I wasn't sure how I was going to attach them. Best place turned out to be the hip belt. The Slipsticks were easy to use and hold the bottle high and secure enough that they don't bang on my legs. I can't wait to use them on my next backpacking trip! My only minor complaint about the pouches is that they weren't made in the US.
RaspundeStone,
I am a long time user and owner of various 5.11 products. I have never found any brand of tactical gear or any other manufacturer of clothing to be up to the highest standards of 5.11. There is no reason for me to look else where when the shirts, pants and general tactical gear I purchased approx. 10 years ago are still being worn and used by me today. 5.11 is a better investment than gold or real estate. I always get my value out of each item in the short and long term. Even the original buttons are still held with the original thread. THANK YOU 5.11
RaspundeT4 H.,
I use this to contain/protect my Jetboil PCS stove. Prior to purchasing this item, I used a generic weatherproof compression bag. I was pointed in the direction of military/tactical systems when I was looking for a small pouch (epipen & inhaler and other emergency items) to strap on my waist belt. I still haven't found my initial item, but I found this instead. Very happy! Will be back!
RaspundeSteve,
This is one of the best bottle pouches I have found to date!
RaspundePreacher,
I'm very pleased with this product. I purchased four of these H2O carriers to attach to two field packs. Both packs are 5.11 Rush 24. These canteen carriers are great quality and should last for years. I don't believe you can find a better value then with 5.11 gear!
RaspundeOffhand,
Yes it holds water bottles, but it does so much more. These are a great add to the Rush 72 and 24 and when three are side by side, they are reminiscent of external USMC A.L.I.C.E. pack pockets. Use them to store your brand-name water filter, poncho, or other gear to which you need frequent access. They also work great as internal organization for any gear that rolls or stuffs.
RaspundeValued C.,
Of course I use it to hold a water bottle, but it also doubles as a camera lens holder. Certain lenses (around 77mm or smaller) fit well and allows me to take less equipment on my photography outings. It fits on my MOLLE equiped bag or on my belt. It's great.
RaspundeMajor C.,
Great product. I just wish that 5.11 made this in Sandstone to match my other 5.11 gear. All accessories should come in every color for all 5.11 products. Not sure why this isn't done.
RaspundeHot S.,
I love this bottle pouch. I use it on my 5.11 backpack when I go on any outdoors adventure. It protects your bottle from all weather conditions. So far I am very impressed.
RaspundeDett,
Nice addon item that is quick and easy to attach. Good gear to have if you are using the bladder space in the Rush 24 for your EDC bag with a laptop.
RaspundeBbr,
This is a very versitile product. Have it attached to my OD molle vest to hold rifle magazines. It easily takes magazines for my FAL, SCAR16, SCAR17 and the AK-74 family of rifles.
RaspundeEllis,
Purchased this along with other pieces to add to my Rush 24hr pack. Easy to adjust and equip for specific needs. Really great piece of gear.
RaspundeKevinthenurse,
Mounts securely to my 72-RUSH. Has plenty of room. It holds a 1L Nalgene with 2 GSI stainless steel cups (1 nested over each end). Its also nice for carrying many large cylindrical items like MSR fuel bottles, paintball cylinders, stacks of tuna/soup cans, etc. I use it primarily for hiking camping. Works so much better than those mesh side-pouches on a lot of backpacks. For you guys in the "sandbox", I recommend getting two!
RaspundeColorsafe,
FOR AROUND [$], CANT BE BEAT ANYWHERE. HAS EVERYTHING THE OTHER GUYS OFFER, MAXPEDITION, BLACKHAWK, ETC., EXCEPT FOR THE $45 PRICE TAG.I JUST WISH THE MOLLE WEBBING CAME UP HIGHER ON THE SIDES AND SOME ON TOP OF THE LID.
RaspundeSusan,
I didn't purchase this pouch for a water bottle. Instead, I purchased it to carry other things necessary like rope. However, using it as a water bottle carrier is awesome too. I usually carry it empty and fill it up with necessary equipment later when responding to a medical emergency. It definitely does its thing. Highly recommended!
RaspundeJv3499,
I really need a pouch that will hold a 32 ounce nalgene, this one holds it but it is tight, That is great for packing in or out but for hydration on the go it is cumbersome to remove and replace. I would like to see a slight taper to the design that would make it easier to remove and replace the nalgene bottles. Also, I would like to see it in more colors.
RaspundeProfessor,
Holds water bottles. That's all I needed it to do and it does it. It holds very securely to my rush bag too. Ordered 3 of them, one for my bag, one as a backup and the third I gave to my lady. She attaches it to her belt when we hike and it works great there too. Only problem is they don't make it in sandstone. I bought OD green. My bag is sandstone. So 5.11, if you make one in sandstone let me know and ill buy that one too!
