I love how these pants fit and feel but unfortunately they barely lasted 6 months without the inside seam tearing. This is my third pair I've had rip. They don't seem to hold up to regular wear, even with proper care.

I ordered these and the Stryke pants in size 4. The Stryke pants fit perfect but the ABR Pro pants are at least a size bigger. I don't mind baggy but the waist is just too big.

I bought two pairs, one 10 and one 12. I normally wear 10s but the 12s fit the best. Followed washing instructions on all my pants and this pair and another pair but different brand both ripped out in the leg/thigh area. Unfortunately it seems these pants aren't made for thick thigh women. . . .

Love these pants! I'm 5'4" and the regular length had to be shortened but that's a given and easy to do. The waistband is the best - I wish their Taclite Pro shorts had the same waistband. Plenty of room in the seat and the legs to move around and isn't too hot even in this humid August heat. I purchased the other colors too (black, navy, and green).

Their sizes are very inconsistent. I usually wear a 16 I ordered 18 in the pants and they were way too small they fit like if they were Maybe they were size 12.

Sturdy material, lots of pockets for collecting rocks and pens and stuff. Usually wear a size 4 in most pants (or 26-27), but had to size up to an 8 for these.

Ordered a size 12. Big open legs and cant find my butt :laughing:. Feels like I am wearing ballon pants. Waist is okay, a tad loose but comfortable. Just swimming in them. Feels more like a size 16 all over except waist. :weary:

Ill start by saying i love the material however Ill never get to wear these pants due to the odd sizing. I normally wear a 6 and have always gone up a size in work pants, so an 8. I received an 8 which fit around the waist just fine but they taper down around the bottom of the thigh and knee area. If i was standing all day this wouldnt be a problem but because i have to squat and sit the pants get so tight around my lower thigh it hurts. Ive tried a 10 but they just seem to fall offmind you this is two sizes higher than my normal size. If 5.11 could make the Stryker pants with this material they would be on to something.

Bought these for work because I needed the pockets and in that regard the pants delivered. In terms of durability, they were awful for the price tag. I do a lot of crouching and moving while at work, one of my other pairs, from a cheaper brand (and which are not even "heavy duty work pants") have lasted me 9 years and still going... So imagine my horror this morning when my pair of 5.11 just ripped at the inner thigh seam. I've had them less than a year and they are worn between 1-3 times a week (opposed to that 9 years old pair that was worn up to 5 times a week), I am careful when I wash them and have been following the care instructions. The part that ripped, right at the seam, is frayed, the rest of that side is coming off in a few other spots and the opposite thigh is about to share the same fate. Very disappointed as I expected better from a trusted brand like 5.11, especially considered the hefty price tag. Too bad because the fit and functionality were good. Now afraid my other pair will end up the same.

I love the pants, however I had to get them a few sizes larger than I normally would and they are still a bit tight around the thighs. Either way, they still allow good mobility.

I bought the same size as the womens Spire pant since I tried those on in the store, but needed to order the long. Fail. They arent as true to size as the Spire and fit large in the waist and legs. Ended up returning them for a different pant all together. I did buy the mens version at the same time in my typical size and those fit great. Something to think about for you all. Material seems good. I am hoping they breathe a bit for where I am going.

There appears to have been a change in the style. I received one pair with the elastic on the sides of the waist, while the other two have not elasticized portion in the waist. I will have to purchase a belt.

I am partial to the original 5.11 and had many pair. I was disappointed that they were discontinued. I recently tried on about 5 different styles of 5.11 for work. nnThis particular style fit very comfortable and was a little bit stretchy, which I liked the fit. They seemed good in all the right places and were not too low in the rise. These are similar to the original. nnI look forward to ordering more in the near future.

Why is the button on the left side? I have purchased 3 other pair in the past and just ordered 2 more. On my previous pair the button is on the right side the 1 new pair it is on the left side. I haven't received my 2nd pair to see. But I don't like it on the left side feels wrong.

The items in my tactical 5.11 order fit nicely, and I like them. nnThere was a problem with the first time I placed the order: I was told it could not go through. A little later I placed the order, and it was accepted. nWhen it came, both orders came! I did NOT want duplicates, but I'm keeping them because it is just too much hassle to return.

I have really loved purchasing these pants for work in the past. I have several pair. This time Im not impressed with the material. It feels cheap and as thin as my worn down 5.11s. On top of that, the button is on the other side. I feel like I got a detective pair of pants, which is awful considering the cost of $65.

I received this item and love the material and fit, but the zipper is on the opposite side of what it should be. It sounds silly but with my uniform button up shirt it doesn't line up which is something my department is fairly strict about. I am unsure if I can attach pictures to show. I bought these same pants in store before and I love them but these ones now are unable to be worn with my buttoned shirt due to the little zipper problem!

Mens pants have waist & length choices that women dont. The regular length is almost too short for me & the long is so long that I can fold it under my foot & completely enclose my foot, meaning that having them hemmed is required if I dont want to walk on them & trip over them. The length difference between reg & long is ridiculous. There needs to be choices in between, like with mens pants.

These are good pants for theater techs; sturdy, lots of pockets, lightweight so good for warm environments. Do you have a cold-weather version? I appreciate that they're female-shaped - no backwaist gap big enough to pack a lunch.nnThe only improvement I could suggest would be to add gussets to one or both cargo pockets so they'll accommodate something the size of a mass-market paperback.

Very comfortable. The material is soft and all around great fit!! I am 5'2" so the length is about an inch and a half long for me but with my boots on they don't touch the ground. The style is nice.

These were my favorite pants and the only ones I have found that fit great, recently they changed the direction of the fly on the pants and I can't stand how they zip now. I ordered another 5 pairs when they did this and sadly still cannot find a pant that feels the same. Unfortunately unless they change the fly back I won't order again.

Job: metals / beverage manufacturing. Location: AZ granted its winter and not sweltering but the plant is 70-80s due to machinery giving off heat. These pants hold up well to 80* which is a plus. The waist is GREAT and you can bend without it cutting your mid section haha. Only small CON they are loose starting at the thigh and straight down. Im curvy with a long torso and theres still tons of room in the thigh part of the pants. Great quality for the price ! Navy color is almost black looking.

I own four pair of these and have worn them a lot for Range work and competitive shooting and training. I like that they I have knee pad pockets but the placement is too high. I also wish the long was longer or that we could get them in a longer inseam. Finally Id say the waist could be higher for when you have a lot of gear weight on your belt.

This is my second pair of ABR Pro pants. First pair was bought 1 year ago. This new pair surprised me with the zipper on the opposite side. I dont like my zipper on the left hand side. I'm not happy about that and not sure why they switched sides. Pants should universally be zippered on the right side.

Love the durability and cut of these pants. Great fit (Im 511, 155 lbs, size 8) and perfect for the grossest junk removal projects. I appreciate all the pockets and the light elasticity in the waistband. nMy first black pair of pants is over a year old and shows no sign of wear. No fading or tears. Awesome quality product. I have them in multiple colors for everyday work wear.

You switched the button around to the opposite side on the women's pants and the pockets are smaller than on previous pairs that I bought that were the same size. Definitely not happy and I won't even wear them. I also bought tach light pants from a local uniform shop and realized the same thing has happened with those. I will be switching brands after 17 years of buying 511.

Fabric weight is great for summer, with a light but durable feel. I can move around comfortably with a great range of motion. I got these for my waist size since I am also pregnant. I definitely recommend these to anyone needing a great pair of work pants.

I have religiously worn mens pants bc of the fit. I fell in love with the ABR Pro's and needed navy blue. So I took a chance on the Women's and I may never go back! These fit like a dream, have so much pocket space. I can wear these with my boots or tennis shoes and they fall just right. The only downfall as usual is the deepness of the front pockets on these vs the mens but I suppose that's typical. Highly recommend these pants! the price point isnt terrible either!

The quality of material is great!! The fit in the waist is great. But the lower calf is VERY BAGGY fit. I checked reviews and looked at photos it didnt show it fitting this way which Im super unhappy with. But will try a different fit. I am also 511 (ironically) they could be a little longer for longs.

I wanted to love these pants. Theyre far more comfortable than the all-cotton ones I am issued at work. Yet, theyre inconsistent and stain very easily. I bought two pair in store that I loved initially. So I went online and bought three more. One of the three pair had the zipper/ button on the opposite side as the rest of the pants. I dont know if this was a defect, or theyre switching them over to this, but I hated how awkward it felt to have a reverse zipper/ button. The customer service rep could not give me an answer so I returned them and am waiting for a refund. The rest of the pants are very comfortable, but hold stains. I thought the only benefit of the toxic scotchguard coating would be stain resistance, but I was wrong. I normally wear a size 6 in pants, but a 4 fits perfect in these. Overall, I prefer them over the cotton pants for comfort and breathability. However, I do not like the quality and hope to see improvements there. Returning them was also a very frustrating process.

This style has plenty of pockets, the length was nearly perfect, but not very flexible. I guess I compare every style to the 511 Stryke because, for me, nothing fits better. Very relaxed fit, which makes them look dumpy, but with no flex in the fabric.

I really wanted to keep these pants. They are well made and have many useful pockets but, for some reason, the designer must think that plus size women have elephant legs. The pants fit fine in the waist and hips but below that they just balloon out. Even though I desperately needed field pants, I will be sending them back :pensive:

This was my first order from 5.11 and I was very happy with my purchase! Great quality and fair pricing! nThe only reason I didnt give these a five star is the fit wasnt quite right for me. However, I struggle with getting a good fit, a result of weighted squats. :grinning:nWhile these fit good in the thigh area they are rather large in the backend and waist for me. For many these are probably a great fit, just not for me. :blush:

I wear these pants 5 days a week. I love the pockets but I hate that after 3 months they rip in the thigh. I have had at least the last 3 pairs of their pants rip in the same spot after about 3-4 months of wear. Very disappointed and tired of spending over $200 a year on just work pants. They also need to make short size as I am 5ft. Wish they were better quality for the money.

Overall these are great, lightweight but seemingly durable pants. I'd say they fit true to size, I'm a curvy 4 and ordered a 6, and kind of wish I had a 4. The 6 is comfy and works, but loose in the waist. The material is forgiving also so a 4 probably would have been just fine. I just wish they offered a short inseam! I'm 5'1 and need like 3" hemmed off of the regular inseam so that the pants aren't all bunched up at the bottom of my legs.

I can sit down without feeling like Im being cut in half at the waist, and the lightweight fabric is perfect since Im in the south. I wear one of the largest sizes and Im only 52, but they accommodate my roundness better than the taclite pro pants. I did have to have the regular length hemmed, so I would like to see them sold in a short option.

I was looking for tactical pants for work that were flattery. Im 54 160 plus lbs. Finding pants that fit is not an easy task. Im a size 10 in jeans with 44 hips. Bought a size 12 based on the size chart and previous reviews. So go up one sizes. They fit perfect! They are mid rise. Ah! Forgot to tell you that I bought the regular length and they are perfect!

I really like these for work. My complaint is they attract pet hair like crazy. Overall they are nice. They are a tad bit snug in the thigh so I had to go up a size. Would recommend for work or play.

I purchased two pairs of these tactical range pants for my wife. The leg length is too long for the regular size requiring her to roll up the pants legs. She does not have this issue with other slacks. She also noted that these pants were hot to wear at an outdoor range which is in SW Florida. I did tell her that it would get better after washing them several times as I have the men's version for myself. Overall the quality of the product is good.

Really love these pants. They're extremely comfortable and move well on the body. The sizes do run small though, so keep that in mind. I had to buy a size up because my regualr size was a little too tight in the hips. Overall, I loved the first pair so much that I ended up buying four more for the entire work week!

I really like these pants. Theyre lightweight for warmer weather, durable, and provide good elasticity for free movement while still looking professional. I think theyre true to real life jean size. I ordered the size recommended by using the size chart and they were HUGE. Went back and ordered a 6 which is what I wear in jeans and theyre perfect except for length ofcourse since Im 53 (30 inch waist, 40 inch hips, and weigh139 lbs)

I was nervous while shopping for pants as a new EMT student. I am a smaller person at 5'2" and I usually wear an XS, 0, or even the bizarre 00 in some brands so I was excited to find a company that did in fact have pants in a size 0. I will say that I generally like the feel of these pants. They are loose in a lot of areas (backside and thighs mostly, not laughably so though so I am fine with that) but then are unfortunately snug at the bottom, so much so that it takes more effort than it should to get them over my 5.11 boots - they are also rather long, even with the boots on they are still a good two inches longer than necessary, which is generally an issue for me in most pants so it was expected. The waist was also loose, but tolerable with a belt. Overall there could be some improvements - I don't mind that they aren't fitted to my body but wish the leg opening at the ankle was more forgiving to go over boots made by the same manufacturer.

I love my STRYKE pants and the pockets. I decided to go for this AMR and see if it would work as a lighter option for our increasingly warmer days. I normally wear a 8/10 jeans and a solid 8 in a popular yoga brand company with a circular logo. I ended up finding comfort with my undershirt and work shirt tucked in a size 12. I sewed vey small darts at the waist band to accommodate my athletic squattin derrire. Love the small pocket in the front, actually so very useful! Would highly recommend for those in warmer climates.

I am 50 and on the plus size. Bought a 18, which runs true to size, but it was extremely long. I wish that they came in short or petite. Now I have to pay extra to get them hemmed shorter. But over all very comfy. Love that its not too baggy around the hips and butt area.

I'm 5'6", 128lbs, with small but athletic build. A size zero was still a little large on me (normal size for me except on the stryke pants). These pants are nice and light for the summer. I personally did not like them because they were not flattering for my build (lots of extra room in the butt and crotch) but these can be worn on the hips or lower. The waist band is extremely comfortable and I found them a little less scratchy to the feel compared to the tactile pro pants. I did not stick with this style because I have a smaller butt but this style will be great for summer, more curvy body, and bigger butts.

I'm a wilderness search and rescue K9 handler with an athletic body. I have had the hardest time over the years at finding a tactical pant in general that fits. Finding a women's pant was out of the question. These are the best women's tactical pant I've found. Finally, 5.11 designed a pant that actually fits a normal sized/athletic female without restricting movement! In the past, I've had to order men's 5.11 tactical pants so I wouldn't get the restriction of movement. Not anymore! I have 4 pairs of these and they are the only ones I wear for training and searches.

I'm a bridge engineer and in the field often, so I need pants that can stand up to rough surfaces, dirt, and fluids while also having lots of pockets for tools and pens. This pant delivers on all fronts. I bought one pair around December and just bought another 2 pairs. I rave about them to other women in my department and several have also bought these pants and love them. They fit comfortably without being baggy, have room for me to stretch and twist, and have a hammer loop! (Seriously, do you know how rare this is on a woman's work pant?). Not the most fashion forward pair of pants, but I need them to work first and looking good is about 10 things down on the list. Great product
