I wear a 28 waist pants and got a size Small and it is way too small. The size guide is not close to accurate. Disappointed. I called and they gave me a hard time about exchanging it too. If it fit, it’d be great.

Battle belt is great and buckle is well built. The inner belt could be better. Kept having issues with both sticking together so I ended up buying a different brand. Sizing is also weird. I'm a size 38 and XL wasn't big enough and 2X was too big but was good enough.

Day 1 to 45 it was phenomenal, perfect fit. Day 45 to 60 and its falling apart. The Induvidual sections of molle are quite literally unraveling, simply failing for no reason. This is honesty unacceptable at this price point.

I was thrilled to receive Maverick Battle Belt. But when I tried to put in on but the belt buckles refused to fit through the loops. I pulled the belt apart and feed the Velcro through but it is very stiff, then I put the outer utility belt onto the Velcro belt. My buckle release is hard to release and I have to rush to the mens room but the buckle is not releasing and I had an accident. I am probably doing something wrong but it didnt come with any directions. I recommend hold off until 5:11 improves this product.

Works well. I dont use the inner belt. I bought a ratchet style inner belt. If 5. 11 could offer an inner ratchet belt it would be the perfect product.

I'm normally a 36 waist. I went 1 size up and this Battle Belt fits very nicely. Word of caution: Unless you have a compatible tactical pair of pants (5. 11 brand or otherwise), this belt will not fit through normal width belt loops. 2 inches or wider. You don't necessarily need the loops to wear this belt, but it's my preference. Great for gun holsters.

The inner belt is big but the actual outter belt doesn't fit when used with the 511 Stryker pant. It's been over 90 days and now I can't return it. I'm pretty disappointed. I have it listed on FB marketplace.

I went to the 5.11 store in Carson just for some stryke pants. Next thing you know I'm browsing around & I start looking at battle belts, even though I already have a budget friendly tactical belt at home. Sure enough as soon as I felt the quality of the maverick belt I immediately made the purchase with the pants & an alien velcro patch. Safes to say you definitely get your moneys worth. If your in the market for a top of the line battle belt don't be afraid to buy one. Best decision I made, bye-bye budget belt.

Solid belt. I notice that the arched design absolutely keeps the belt more stable with less pulling when using at leg strapped holster. The inner belt could've been a bit longer to ensure a better fit. I'm waiting on the updated EDC/inner belt and I think that will make this belt better than other more expensive options.

The hand-warmer works amazing. The belt i maxed out on the velcro and have a hard time clipping.im a size 34, if i go a size bigger i would have to struggle with the holster going thru the double belt. and the belt with of 1.75" digs in to my hips a lot more than the 2". I dont know if its possible to return.. if it is i would love to try a 2" belt. Maybe its just me but i decided to try a 1.75" for the first time over 13 years and not for me at all.. love the brand tho... all good quality

This is the fourth belt I've used. This is something that you really should not skimp on. As the start and end point for many actions, it needs to work well so everything else does.nnSpecifically for this belt it is well made, good design and functional. nnThe cons are when comparing it to similarly priced belts.( Within $40) The stitching is not as nice, the stiffness and velcro adherence a little light. (A main factor for me.)nnThe thickness is maybe a preference thing when looking at set up. Easy since it is thinner but does not hold as well and add to that the attachment point not being as stiff either, then gear floats a bit.nnOverall, as I said, comparing it to other belts out there (at all price ranges) it is definitely up there and should be an option for you. Do not waste time or money on cheaper version if you are going to use this on a regular bases. You want this one or one equally as well made.nnIf you are near a store check it out and decide if it will work for you. Though that won't be final until you start set up and working it a little.

Im a true 36, ordered the 36-38. Does not even come close to fitting me. I gave it to my wife, who is significantly smaller and it fits her fine. Not sending it back, since I have to pay even more to return it. Im disappointed 5.11.

The reason I chose the Maverick battle belt was all the positive reviews I read and seen. I can say that I'm impressed with the quality and look of the belt, molle feels strong and it fits comfortable. You can spend a lot more on other belts but if your putting together your first belt or on a budget you cant go wrong with this belt.

The quality of the belt seems fine, however, it is not true to size. I have worn a 5.11 Maverick Assaulters belt for years. I ordered the same size in the Maverick Battle Belt and it is too big, even with my duty gear attached. The belt sizing is supposed to be correct for my waist size, but the smallest setting on the outer belt leaves enough room for my hand to fit in the extra space between the inner and outer belts. I returned it for a size exchange and 5.11 received it a week ago, but it still has not processed.

man, this belt is miles above the last few I have owned. The molle mounts are strong, and I have had all pouches fit just fine 5.11 and otherwise. The belt is countoured to your shape, which is nice and I didn't know was a feature.nnBuckles super strong, tried to tugofwar it with a friend and it held well.

Met all expectations. Good, solid, well made battle belt without being to combersome or bulky. Stood up perfectly to 2 back to back 8 hr training days on the range, incorporating movement and fighting positions, including prone, without any deficiencies and at no point became uncomfortable or burdonsome to wear. This was with mid drop OEB holster, 2 pistol mag carriers, 2 5.56 mag carriers, mag dump bag, first aid kit and a small pouch for flashlight & personal items. I recommend & would buy again.

This cake recommended as a decent alternative to Safariland as a shooter belt. Have to say I'm very pleased. The webbing slots are tight as hell but that's not a bad thing, definitely a quality belt. I'm not a huge fan of the two part inlay system as I leave them together but still I see the point of it. nGear like kydex holster fits snugly on the belt (only on the outer layer) and works just fine. Same with a double mag holster, drop pouch, and an IFAK. Molle weaves well through it, again right as hell. nThe ranger green looks cool too, if you're tactigay like me but only admit it on reviews. I trust 5.11 and this belt is no exception. nWell worth the sale price I paid and came recommended by a guy who knows what he's doing.

I use my Maverick Battle Belt for range practice and as a "duty" belt for work at a correctional facility. I believe the quality and ruggedness of the belt will serve me for a lifetime. It is very convenient to attach MOLLE ready items like a med/tourniquet, radio, OC and hand cuff pouch, OC; shotgun pouch, AR pouches, etc. The belt also allows me to use all my Kydex magazine pouches and pistol holsters with the appropriate belt clip attachments.

The Maverick Battle Belt does what it is suppose do with no fuss. I have set mine up in several different configurations and have been pleased with the results each time. The feature I find my favorite is the excess length is under the belt. Currently mine is setup with two pistol mags, two m4 mags, dump pouch, ifak, knife, light, and Dara drop/offset holster for a Glock 19 with Holosun and light. 5.11 processing time was lighting quick.

I would rate this product at a five but the first time I the belt I think I got it too small as I purchased this in the store and the salesman suggested that when buying this particular belt that you need to go a size up and I did just or rather I think I did because unfortunately the inner belt ended up being too short so I went up too a 2XL and the inner belt fits just fine now, a second salesperson I spoke to on the second trip to the Ft Worth location told me that when wearing the inner belt that its important for both ends to overlap for the Velcro on the squared off side to work. Thankfully it does but the outer belt leaves a noticeable gap in between the inner and the outer belts. I believe this is due in fact to the lack of enough a tag end to adjust the fit of the outer belt as for when I attempted to do this there was 2 inch gap between the buckle and the front of the inner belt which is a no go in my book as I like to keep my gear neat and tidy. I would be more than willing to change my review to a five star if someone could show me how to fix this problem.

The inner belt makes the belt very comfortable and keeps the belt in place over your belt loops. It will not ride up running, jumping, climbing or going from standing to prone while shooting. The laser cut Molle loops look cheap but they seem to work just fine. The outer belt could be a little thicker and maybe a little wider as well, but it works just fine as it is. The biggest reason I bought this type of two piece belt was the ability of the inner belt to hold the belt in place while doing activities and not having the battle belt to ride up into my plate carrier. It did this and I am very happy with it.

The most important thing you need to know is that it runs small. Use the size chart, then order the next size up. If you do like I did, and order the size that the chart says you need, 511 exchange process it pretty simple. Other that that one issue. You can expect the usual high quality build you always get from 511.

It's a great belt. only issue is the Velcro rips at the belt loops on my pants making them fuzzy. I bought a medium, I'm a 33 waist and the inner belt fits perfect but the outer belt is a little small, had to loosen it all the way to the end. Other than that it feels great for wearing 16 hours a day I barely notice it.

Strong belt with nice molle. I am between 32-33" waist and the Medium fits perfectly. The only thing they could do better is make the inner velcro belt cinchable. I have not run this more than 2-3 times in training and practice so far. I will also run the paces on this in airsoft skirmish but the belt seems durable.

Excellent product!! Bought for the wife but sometimes I steal it and use it for myself, hahaha! Belt seems to be true to pant waist size. Materials are excellent in quality. The belt uses a genuine Austri Alpin Cobra buckle. Stitching and MOLLE webbing are solid. Inner Velcro belt was included in the price. The total price was quite a bit cheaper than the overpriced gucci belts out there (I bought this on a Memorial day sale). Doesn't have a D-ring but my wife probably won't be rappelling from a chopper anytime soon!

The belt looked to be of high quailty but was way too small. After a second look at the size chart, it is not pants size, rather waist measurement so take note. I feel it would be helpful for this to be noted in the size chart or description. The 5.11 return process was very easy though but when I went to order the the correct size, the color I wanted was not in stock unfortunately.

Wearing this daily on patrol. The molle is versatile, the belt stiffness is just right, and the narrow size is easier on the hips compared to 2 inch belts. One of the suprise features is the tab on the inner belt that let's you pull it tight. After 16 years of other inner belts, that little tab is a game changer.

I didnt read the description close enough. I thought the belt was wider than it is. Also, by the reviews and fit recommendations, I order 1 size larger ( I am a medium by the fit chart, so I ordered large) the belt was too big, and I returned it for an exchange, however the item went on back order, and I will not receive it until June. I purchased the black one. This is a very stiff battle belt. Its a little tricky the first time to position to your waist size ( its a two piece belt) so basically all you do is slip the Velcro belt through your belt loops then the outer belt snuggly sticks to the Velcro. The Velcro is very strong so once you find your correct position to snap the buckle you realize its capable of holding any gear you throw at it. The buckle has a good locking system. Mine is a little stubborn to disconnect to I used a dab of WD40 to help it along. One of the best belts Ive owned.

Based on the measurements this belt should fit but it was so small it didn't even come close to closing. Will have to go a size up or two!

Ive had this for a month or so now. I picked this up over the Labor Day holiday because I couldnt pass up the price. There are a few major differences between this and my prior nylon duty belt:nnThis belt is shorter top to bottom so it already seems to be making a HUGE difference for my back and with the comfort of just wearing it. nnThe buckle is metal with a very secure and quiet latch, unlike my previous polymer buckles that always squeaked when you walked.nnEverything from my duty holster, Asp, mag pouch, etc fits and rides great. nnI absolutely love this belt with one exception and that is that the buckle can be a bit finicky when trying to take it off, but thats it, the only negative. I highly suggest this to anyone looking for a great duty belt!

Great belt for duty use! The belt is easily removed due because of the genius design and will work with all 5.11 and other attachments for your belt. It's a great alternative the the Combat belt that 5.11 provides. I'm excited to sport this belt while hunting or even at the range. In terms of duty use the belt is robust and versatile. It's everything in one package.
