Fantastic bag. Only shame about this bag is that there isnt an option for Kangaroo or any other brown color for the bag. And that goes for all other 5.11 bags/etc. all items should have a brown option

I travel with my service dog Isaac and this is what I use for his kit bag for food/meds/treats/gear etc so that we have a single grab n go bag that can be used in the vehicle and hotel room and everywhere in between. It fits perfectly for our travel needs for Isaac and enough room to hold all his necessary items. As usual it is top quality one would expect from 5.11, looks like it was made for traveling as described above and carries well in places like airport terminals and crowded hotel lobbies! Great product great design and a lifesaver for a doggo on the go!

I purchased this bag to replace my work computer bag. I am not in the EMS or Patrol fields, but I am a fleet engineer for a major transit company. I wanted a tough and well built bag with decent amount of room for my gear and enough pockets to organize my office supplies. This bag works great for that, but there was some takeaways to it. FIRST: Is the size. Even though I wanted a large enough bag this one was too big to take as a "carry on" for airplanes. I had to smash it under the seat in front of me and there was barely enough room for my size 14 feet on either side. Forget about pulling it out after the flight started. Its just too big to be a suitable airport carry on. SECOND: Is the internal nylon mesh bag that has the strap to attach itself to a vehicle head rest. That bag constantly flops around and gets in the way every time I want to zip it up to carry it away. I am going to modify the bag so there is either a snap or Velcro that secures that compartment to the underside. THIRD: There is a velcro divider panel that comes with the bag. I didn't need a divider, so I tried to warp it in such a way that it would hold my wireless mouse. It does an okay job, but I would like to find something that works better. FOURTH: I looked around in the 511 store and found that there is just not enough accessories for people not in the EMS or patrol field to really make this bag work. I see plenty of the accessories for EMS and patrol, but not much else. I feel if they had more accessories for office supplies, computer cords and computer peripherals, then it would be a hit for a larger audience. FINALLY: The rings that hold the shoulder strap to the bag. There are catches on the rings that are supposed to hold the strap clips center on it, but they are too small. So, as you are walking around with it over your shoulder you will hear this CLICK, CLICK, CLICK noise as you walk. I whipped out my razor knife and shaved them off to eliminate the noise. Why someone would think that this was a good idea to have on the ring is beyond me! It was like wearing a cattle bell around my neck everywhere I went.

Got this for a work/gym bag and it's perfect. I can stuff my notebooks, laptop, folders, etc. and also have compartments with room for shakers, change of clothes, snacks and supplements. It's a great all-in-one bag for everyday use.

I was so sick of using a normal duty bag to carry all my equipment. It was cluttered and unorganized and drove me crazy. This bag was PERFECT. Albeit, a bit pricey. But hopefully the price will reflect the longevity of the bag. Time will tell! But this bag is perfect for organizing all the equipment required and all the extra toiletries I carry for a long watch. I wish I could include a photo for the set up but its pretty self explanatory. Make these in Coyote or OD green!!!

Over the past three years, I have used several different seat organizers, both hard and soft sided. This bag has blown them all away. I easily keeps everything that I need when on patrol. If the time comes that I need to change into a different patrol car, the bag quickly folds up and sets up extremely easily. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone. Thanks 5.11 for making another outstanding product!!!!

This bag is great!It keeps everything I use in my vehicle at the ready. I got tired of digging around for my phone, pens, paper or some other miscellaneous item. I've tried other organizers and they always end up flying off the seat and crashing down onto the floorboard leaving a worse mess than I had before. This bag secures to the headrest and with the seatbelt. It's a very secure setup. Others mentioned that it doesn't fit correctly in a crown vic, but I have a GMC truck with taller seats and it fits like a glove(no sagging). What's great is that if you need to move it for a passenger it's a quick process. Also, if you are assigned another vehicle you can grab it and go, without having to search around to make sure you've got everything. I know the reason that it's set up for molle gear is so you can customize it, but I would have liked just a few more pockets. I do carry papers, files, etc. and a hard insert would be really nice. If you build one, I'll buy it!Bottom line, is that I love it so much I'm putting one in my personal vehicle too.

This is a great bag for everything. The typical duty bag just doesn't cut it. Everyone has a variation on the standard duty bag and it never works out. I used to use 5.11's Side Tripp Briefcase because it had a lot of pockets for my smaller items, but it never had the right size main compartment. This bag has a large pocket and small pockets with the ability to expand your storage with supplemental pouches. The pouches are expensive, but once you add them, it really helps. The way the bag "unfolds" on the seat next to you makes you feel like you have your office in your car.I highly recommend this bag. The main drawback is that if you put too many larger pouches inside the bag, you'll crush everything else inside the bag. Otherwise, this is an excellent replacement for the standard duty bag.

I use this bag exclusively in my patrol car to keep everything up front that I need on a daily basis. The bag is large enough to keep all of my paperwork and my clipboard secure as well as other various office accessories. Everything stays securely in place even under punishing circumstances. The lid that flips up to cover the seat and hold onto the headrest even has room for expansion slots if I need room for more items (and I do). This is exactly the bag I needed.

I got this bag as a gift from my in-laws last year. Its a great bag. There is a lot of room in here. I keep safety gear, bio-chemical kits, maps, law and policy books, etc inside. The back being designed for the seat belt to pass through it is awsome! It holds the bag great, never moves even when rolling code. I have one extra pouch on the outside for a spare set (have a spare set in the bag too) of cuffs. I keep a first aid kit inside but I do plan to put a molle first aid pouch outside for easier access.

I really like the overall design of the bag. However, the cheap plastic shoulder strap clips snapped as I carried the bag with the shoulder strap. If that wasn't bad enough, the cheap plastic belt clip that secures the top of the bag broke also, and now that will not clip either.

I've been using this bag as my seat caddy for over 6 months. It took a while to get it setup just right, as I was trying to put way too much stuff into it. After reorganzing, it works perfect. It keeps all my things close by and safe. I like the seat belt pass through, although I don't use it on my 2010 Crown Vic. If I do, it actually pulls the bag away from the back of the seat. My maglite is right at home in the loop on the back of the bag. I do wish the bag had some hard plastic inserts. I keep it open all shift and it does sag while wide open. Overall, it's a great improvement over my "street pro" bag. I bought it during a sale from a website. If it wasn't for the sale, I probably wouldn't have bought it because, while a quality product, I don't think the listed price would justify the purchase.

After looking at other patrol bags this one was by far the best choich for me. I carry extra ammo,hand sanitizer,Storage clip board,pens,highlighters,note pads/notbooks,gloves,First Aid kit,CPR mask and paperwork in mine.I still have room left if I need it. It fastens securly to the seat by locking it in with the seat belt and utlizeing the head rest. I was tired of everything falling into the floorboard and being unorganized. This is the best bag on the market hands down and I am vary happy with my decision.

If you use this bag in the way it was designed to be used, you can't fail. Now the question is, how many different uses can you find for it. I have used it a range bag, school bag, travel bag, brief case, lunch bag, etc., etc., etc. It is a great bag and highly configurable.

I love the size of the bag since it fits real well on my seat and still allows me to put my cooler in front of it. I wils it was made more ridgis. I have modified it to include a hard shell do it is eaier to put my clipboards and citation holder in it. I wish I could at some folders of most used reports to it.

This isn't just a solid bag for law enforcement. As a member of a search and rescue organization, this is a great bag for a personal go kit for those who have to show up and start or maintain a SAR base. Ever since I've picked this bag, I've got everything I need right in front of me. Several others have already purchased it to replace their go bags that didn't quite live up. It's flexible, easy to haul around over some terrain, and holds a lot of stuff.

I've been using this bag for a few months now and it's been a great partner. The seatbelt pass-thru could be a little wider as the seatbelt on my vehicle just barely fits through...being so tight it sometimes is a pain to thread the seatbelt in and out (meaning that if I'm in a big hurry the bag doesn't get secured until it finally settles down). And like another reviewer said, there is some sort of loop on the back of the bag that, at first glance, seems like it was designed to also hold the seatbelt. However, it is on the wrong side of the bag and I can fathom no other use for it. Bottom line, though, is that you won't be sorry with this guy. It'll hold all your stuff and when belted in will keep it from flying all over during high speed driving.

Great bag. Has mutiple compartments built in and it is great that you can add the molle pouches of different sizes. With the MPC I am able to store my laptop and use the bag for folders, duty gear and other gear.

I've used many bags in my short time on the job, this is by far the best. While the pouches are expensive you can build the bag to your needs. I can fit everything I need for a day on the road inside. I would recommend the water bottle pouch, some type of spare cuff case, large vertical pouch on opposite side holds my ANSII vest and winter gloves. The small drop pouch is convenient after seizing contraband for somewhere to store it while en route to HQ. When your needs change, you don't have to buy another bag, you can adjust your pouches to fit your mission.Not cheap, but better than buying bags that aren't that great in the long run.

I bought this bag for daily patrol use. I love it. I bought a few of the pouches to use with the bag. I strapped a Water bottle holder to the side, and it sits just where I want it to. I put a cuff case, to hold extra cuffs just in case. I love the ability to add numerous pouches to fit my need.

Awesome bag but def needs molle on the front and back of bag. I purchased the modular platform case and it attaches easily at the top but theres nothing to attach the mpc at the bottom so it flops around. This is a squared away bag but there needs to be molle on the front and back so the mpc can be attached at the bottom so it doesnt flop around.

I've been using a seat caddy for the past two years and it wasn't able to accomodate all of my gear. I recently came across this patrol bag and absolutely love it. This bag is absolutely great. I carry a lot of gear and like having it handy on the passanger's seat. This bag holds all of my gear. I would definately recomend it; however the only down fall is if you want the attachments for the molle it can get expensive.

I have been using this bag for over six months now. It easily moves your gear from one cruiser to the next. Everything is at your fingertips. I can find everything quickly and easily during a traffic stop. The loop on the back is genius! Holds my Light For-Life at the ready perfectly! While there is some droop hanging on the seat it's not a big deal. Only wish 5.11 offered pouch kits, other than back-up belt, or a hard insert for file folders etc.

Unfortunately, this product does not fit into a 2009 Crown Vic patrol car passenger seat. The seat belt pass-through slot, while a decent idea, causes the bag to protrude outward. The seatback organizer is a bit too high, causing it to droop when the fastening belt is secured around the headrest posts (the product tag shows securement around the headrest itself, however this is not stable given its design). The built-in compartments are sufficient, and the MOLLE/BBS attachment points offer adequate customization options. However, the fold-down front panel does not have sufficient thickness to accommodate several MOLLE/BBS add-on pouches (they push against pens/papers in the organizer panel when zipped shut). Also, the velcro loop on the back of the bag has no discernible purpose (it's mounted opposite of where the seat belt passes).It appears that someone made a few poorly-executed modifications to an existing product (Patrol Ready bag) and added $30 to the price. I have one question for the designers of this product: did anyone actually test this in a patrol car?

It's a great bag. Don't expect it to be as large as other patrol bags, but it's not a huge deal. It's still a decent size, and with the molle panels you really can set this bag up to situation specific requirements. It is also very easy to get at things when set up on the seat in a cruiser.

The design and innovation in this product is perfect! The bag secures to the passenger seat belt to prevent it from falling to the floor in sudden stops and turns, and the top flap folds up to secure to the headrest! The accessories to add to this bag is endless... Perfect!

The size of this bag and versatility is why I purchased the Wingman. Although I only work security, I use this bag to stay ready in the field. I carry my clip and ticket board, assorted documents and report forms, and other small items to keep myself ready and comfortable in the field. With lots of space and the BBB/MOLLE ready sections, pouches, gear carriers, holsters can be added with room to spare.My only complaint is that the bag lacks rigid sections. The separators are ok, but the bag bows and flexes (collapses) under load or lack of rigid items in open space or voids. Optional insert, organizer, or panels would be a plus.I buy 5.11 for FIRE/EMS and for security work. "You want quality, you want 5.11." -Me

The best patrol bag I have seen or used to date. I love the versatility and the pocket layout. I just wish it had side pockets and more stitching along the seatbelt slot. I have a small rip on the edge I have been watching it like a hawk and has stayed the same for the last month or so. I show this bag no mercy and it takes it no problem other than the two issues mentioned (not a huge deal in my opinion) I love it.
